Afton Trail Run Volunteer Email 2 2024

You are receiving this email because you have signed up to volunteer at the Afton Trail Run on Saturday July 6, 2024. We cannot thank you enough!

This is just a quick update to let you know that we will be collecting volunteer registrations through June 21. We will then start making volunteer assignments the weekend of June 22. Once assignments have been made I will send you another email – this sometime the week of June 24.

A couple of additional notes / needs:

If you are an aid station captain recruiting some of your own volunteers, or are volunteering in another capacity and know someone that would also like to join, please ask them to sign up by Friday June 21 – HERE is the link https://www.aftontrailrun.com/volunteer-signup/

If you are a photographer, or know a photographer that would like to shoot pictures at the race, please let me know.

We are doing some trail work at Afton the week of June 17, if you are interested, please let me know and I can get you some details.

If you are interested in helping with equipment cleanup and storage on Sunday July 7 at our home in Hastings, please let me know. The bulk of the action happens between 9:00AM and 1:00PM.
