You are receiving this email because you have signed up to volunteer at the Afton Trail Run on Saturday July 4, 2026. We cannot thank you enough!
This is just a quick update to let you know that we will be collecting volunteer registrations through Sunday June 21, and will start making assignments the week of June 22. Once assignments have been made I will send you another email mid-to-late the week of June 22.
A couple of additional notes / needs:
If you are an aid station captain recruiting any of your own volunteers, or are volunteering in another capacity and know someone that would also like to join, please ask them to sign up by Sunday June 21 – HERE is the link https://www.aftontrailrun.com/volunteer-signup/
If you are a photographer, or know a photographer that would like to shoot pictures at the race, please let me know.
If you are interested in helping with equipment cleanup and storage on Sunday July 5 at our home in Hastings, please let me know. The bulk of the action happens between 9:00AM and 1:00PM.
