Along with our runners and volunteers, Sposorship is the life-blood of our event. Why sponsor the Afton Trail Run? The Afton Trail Run’s primary focus is to host a top quality event that promotes health and wellness and gives back to Afton State Park – one of the great open spaces in our area. Sponsoring our event is a way for similarly aligned companies to show their support for our runners and the venue in which the race is held while reaching a target market of great people who enjoy running and the outdoors. To date, the Afton Trail Run has made considerable donations to Afton State Park for trail maintenance, programs and activities and various projects throughout the park.
The Afton Trail Run was established in 1994 and has become one of the most recognizable and widely respected trail runs in the country – annually hosting over 500 runners, 75 volunteers and countless numbers of family and spectators.
