Subject: Afton Trail Run 2016 Race Week Volunteers Follow-up

Hi All,

First off, thanks for volunteering, we really appreciate it!  Sorry for the somewhat impersonal email here but it is race week and things are getting pretty busy! Since you just signed up to volunteer recently I just want to catch you up on a couple of things – thank you in advance for your time!

1.) Volunteer Assignments can be found HERE http://www.aftontrailrun.com/volunteer-assignments/ – be sure to search by your name as you may have been assigned more than one job – if you see an errors or anything that does not work for you, please let me know, I have been known to make a mistake from time to time!

2.) If you are working an aid station, you will not have a shirt waiting for you there since aid station bins are already packed and loaded in the truck – so, please stop into the Visitors Center in the morning to pick one up or later in the day at the finish line there will be a merchandise table you can pick your shirt up at!  This is the same for anyone that is not working an aid station as well.  We had more late runner and volunteer registrations, if for some reason you do not get the size shirt you want please email me after the race and I will be happy to order you one!
